Our hotel rates are per person and day including gourmet half board. In addition, a visitor's tax of € 2.40 per person and night will be charged for your stay. Children under 14 years are exempt from this.

Supplement for a double room when occupied as a single room: 25 € / night
For a stay of 1 night we charge a surcharge of 15,00 € per person.
Deduction for overnight stay with breakfast buffet 10,00 €. This does not apply to special offers
Dogs are welcome by arrangement: daily rate 16,00 € without food
We thank you for your understanding that dogs do not have access to the dining room and bathing area
On Sundays we serve our guests a champagne breakfast and, in the evening, we are happy to serve our Braunsberg Sunday plate on reservation

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
For cancellations at short notice within 4 weeks before arrival, 75 % of the booked stay will be charged.
In case of late arrival, no show or early departure, the entire stay will be charged. To protect yourself, we recommend you to take out travel insurance.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your room is ready for occupancy from 14 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 am at the latest. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us.
DEPOSIT
To fix your booking a deposit is necessary. You are welcome to pay the amount, which we will inform you of by e-mail together with the booking confirmation, conveniently and securely with your credit card.
SOUTH TYROL GUEST PASS
On your arrival you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge, the new mobility card that is valid for the entire period of your stay. With this advantageous card you can leave your car at home during your holiday, because you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge:
- The regional trains in South Tyrol (Brenner-Trient, Mals-Innichen).
- The local buses (city, intercity and city buses)
- The cable cars to Vöran, Mölten, Ritten, Kohlern and Meransen
- The Ritten tramway and the funicular railway up the Mendel
- PostBus Switzerland between Mals and Müstair
ADVANTAGE CARDS IN LANA & SURROUNDINGS
In addition to the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which you receive free of charge, you can also purchase other advantage cards from us for your holiday in Lana:
The bikemobil Card: With this card you can use all public transport in South Tyrol and get a one-time use of a rental bike for free.
The museummobil Card: With this card you use all public transport throughout the country and can visit over 90 museums and collections free of charge.
The cable car card Meraner Land: With this card you can use 16 different cable cars and chair lifts in the region during the summer season.

WIFI
You can use our Wi-Fi free of charge. You will receive the password on the day of arrival.
CAR & BIKES
You can park your car free of charge in the car park in front of the hotel or in the garage. A charging station is available for electric cars. For bicycles there is a bicycle cellar. Free city bikes and e-bikes (on payment) are available to our guests.

We love our nature. Therefore, we take care to save energy, avoid unnecessary trips and use environmentally friendly cleaning products. We try to avoid as much waste as possible and separate it.
